The planning process

Our technical department is constantly involved in solving problems regarding air purification, energy saving and waste materials management. They are backed by the latest technologies including CAD-CAM-2002.

The Customer

All the plants that we supply are designed according to the specific requirements of the customer. Customers who choose our plants can always make use of prompt on-site surveys carried out by our personnel who are highly specialized and experienced in this area. Then a project drawn up free of charge and given to the customer who is under no obligation to accept it.

The construction process

More than 20 employees are constantly working for the construction of the scrubbing systems and gas and air purifiers. All the components are tested in our factories and then forwarded to the customer where final assembly is carried out by our highly qualified assemblers.

The assembly process

Mion Ventoltermica takes care of the transport and assembly of the plants at the customer's premises. A total of 24 assemblers work in teams made up of 2 to 6 persons, in order to guarantee a ready and full speed functioning of the exhaust systems. On-site assemblies are supported by a qualified staff of technicians and designers, helped by the business unit.
